We offer a 90-day warranty on all our home appliance repair services, effective from the date of the original repair. This warranty covers the specific repair work performed.
During the warranty period, if the same issue recurs or a new issue directly related to the original repair arises, we will re-repair your appliance free of charge. Our goal is to ensure the problem is fully resolved to your satisfaction.
Your happiness with our service is important to us. If, after our attempts to re-repair the appliance under warranty, you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have allowed us the opportunity to perform a re-repair as per our 90-day warranty policy.
Refund Amount: If, after the re-repair, you remain unhappy with the service, we will refund up to 70% of the original service amount. This percentage accounts for the initial service visit, diagnostic work, and technician's time.
